Lucianne Pugh

Lucianne is our resident QuickBooks expert and can help you set up your bookkeeping platform or work with your bookkeeper to ensure accurate entries. She has an extensive background in retail grocery accounting and management as well as non-profit finance experience. At The Business Guides, she also prepares corporate and individual tax returns.

Lucianne is a longtime resident of Jefferson County and originally put her love of numbers into the study of mechanical engineering. However, after taking a grocery store job to help pay for college, she fell in love with retail business accounting and management and went on to spend 20+ years in the field.

In 2015, looking for a change, she accepted the Finance Manager position with a non-profit service organization in Kitsap County, where she became familiar with grant writing and compliance, as well as fundraising and event planning. She currently volunteers on the board of the Pacific Northwest Association of Masters Swimmers, a non-profit organization, and is a former board member of the Jefferson County Farmers Markets.

Lucianne joined The Business Guides in September 2017 as an Accountant.

Outside of work, Lucianne enjoys reading, watching old movies, vegan cooking, and being a “Crazy Dog Mom” to rescue dogs Lukey, Bobo and Scruff. She is a slow but enthusiastic participant in US Masters swim meets, triathlons/duathlons and half marathons.
